To register a child for Sidewalk Kids Klub (our outdoor summer program), Super Saturday Kids Klub (our indoor program from Oct-April), ConnXion (our Friday evening program for grades 5-8), or Fusion (our Friday evening program for grades 8-12), please fill out the form below and one of our staff will get back to you within a week. Please note the age ranges for each program.

I give my consent for my child’s photo/video to appear in Metro Kids Society’s social media or other publications. I understand that no personal identifiers (name, address, etc.) will ever be published with minors’ photos or videos.
