Register your child

To register a child for Sidewalk Kids Klub (our outdoor summer program), Super Saturday Kids Klub (our indoor program from Oct-April), ConnXion (our Friday evening program for grades 5-8), or Fusion (our Friday evening program for grades 8-12), please fill out the form below and one of our staff will get back to you within a week. Please note the age ranges for each program.

Please note that our bus routes cover most of Surrey and Langley but we may be unable to pick up in some areas.
If you would like to register for more than one program, please add that in the notes below.
* Important * If you are dropping your children off at Kids Klub, you will need to sign them in at the walk-in table and sign them out before they leave the building.
I give my consent for my child’s photo/video to appear in Metro Kids Society’s social media or other publications. I understand that no personal identifiers (name, address, etc.) will ever be published with minors’ photos or videos.
Is there anything we should know about your child / teen? (Allergies, special needs, custody arrangements, etc.) You can also note additional children’s names and birthdates in this box, or if you would like to register for more than one program.
